Ingredients:
For the Stromboli:
- 1 sourdough pizza crust
- 1 cup pizza sauce (of choice)
- 1/2 cup Swiss cheese, shredded or sliced
- 1/2 cup Muenster cheese, shredded or sliced
- deli meats of choice (e.g., salami, pepperoni, turkey, ham), sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 sweet onion, thinly sliced
For the Garlic Butter:
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:

Prepare the Onions:
- Slice the red onion and sweet onion.
- Toast the slices in a pan over medium heat for about 3 minutes, until softened and slightly caramelized.

Assemble the Stromboli:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over one side of each piece of sourdough pizza crust.
- On one piece of crust, layer the deli meats and shredded Swiss and Muenster cheeses on top of the sauce.
- Scatter the toasted onions over the meats and cheese.
- Place the second piece of crust on top, sauce-side down, to create a sandwich

- Place the assembled Stromboli on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown and crispy.
